Know whether your measurement area is in focus: The Focus Peaking function shows a map of the sample with the in-focus areas in color and the out-of-focus areas in grayscale
Smart Image Technology: Olympus smart image averaging (OSIA) suppresses noise and eliminates artifacts while maintaining a fast frame rate.
